How is data synchronised between Logo Tiger and an e-commerce site?
A service reads from Logo and writes to the store; which data moves in which direction is agreed at the start of the installation.
Why does the term on an invoice differ from the real collection term?
The term printed on an invoice is a statement of intent; the real term is the day the money actually arrived. Collections are matched to invoices on a FIFO basis to compute true average maturity, with the opening balance and prepayments corrected separately, so the figure is measured customer by customer.
Can a decision support system be built without handing corporate data to an AI model?
Yes. The question is taken in natural language, converted to a query, and the computation runs in the database; no raw records are sent to the model. In a delivered installation the number of raw rows reaching the model is zero.
